Hello Paris (our last destination on this trip) - Saturday 22nd October

Today was our last day in Le Pradet, Toulon. In the morning, we got up early, got ready and drove to Toulon train station to return the car to Hertz. Then we caught a 4 hour fast train to Paris.



After we dealt with a little issue getting to our apartment (stupid taxi driver), we settled in and had a bite to eat. We then decided to go for a wander down the streets of Paris. There were heaps of people walking up and down the busy streets and the traffic was chaotic.

We walked down Rue Montogueil, one of Paris's favorite places to shop for food. We walked to the courtyard of the Musee du Louvre, and walked along the River Seine.









We also caught a glimpse of the Eiffel Tower, with it's lights glistening in the sunset. We walked to the Hotel de Ville (Paris town hall), where we are planning to watch the RWC final on a big screen with a lot of Frenchies tomorrow. It's going to be totally awesome!!!



We then got some dinner at a kebab place on Rue Montogueil and also went to Stoher Patisserie, where we got some yummy chocolate mousse and a cold custard dessert. DEELICIOUS!!!
