Hello Le Pradet - Thursday 20th October

Today we caught the train to Toulon. Before that, we went for a walk down to the old town of Nice, and brought some breakfast. On the way back to the hotel, we walked past a pet shop full of CUTE cats and dogs!

We checked out of our hotel, then made our way to the train station, where we caught our 12:30 train to Toulon. When we arrived in Toulon, we went to the Hertz car rental company and hired a car. We then drove all the way to Le Pradet, where we are staying at our friend Cecelia's apartment. We met her sister Pauline there, who showed us round the apartment.

After she left, we walked down to the beach, where we had some yummy crepes. The beach looked a bit like New Zealand. The view of the hillside from the beach was very green. We ate our crepes, then walked the costal walk back to the main road. We walked back to our apartment, hopped in the car, then drove to the supermarket to get some dinner.
