Cinque Terre here we come - Sunday 16th October

Today we left Rome to make our way to Cinque Terre. Cinque Terre is a series of five pretty villages on the west coast of Italy. In the morning, we took a train to Pisa. The All Blacks were playing their semi final while we were on the train. But luckily we had this super cool RWC app on the iPad, so we were able to read what was happening in the game. We later found out that they won 20-6. WOOHOO. Webb-Ellis cup, here we come!!! Coincidentally, we are going to be in Paris on the day of the final, so we can watch the game with lots of other Frenchies!!

On the train, wondering what the All Blacks score is....

We got off the train in Pisa, then walked to the Leaning Tower and took some photos with it. There were heaps of tourists there! We made our way back to the Train Station to take a train to La Spezia.

Walking to the leaning tower....

It really is leaning.....

Me and my friend.....

From La Spezia, we took a local train to Riomaggiore, the village we are staying in in Cinque Terre. After we sorted out some accommodation issues, we settled into the house we are staying in. Later on, we went for a little walk around Riomaggiore. Riomaggiore is the first village out of the five, and is very beautiful. It has pastel colored houses terraced on top of each other and crystal clear sea water. Its very pretty.
