Singapore Stopover

We arrived safely to a very hot and humid Singapore at 6 am. The city was very clean and green with lots of tropical trees and bushes. We stayed at the Peninsula Excelsior hotel. We took a small bus to go the Singapore flyer, where we caught the Funvee Hopper, an open top, double decker bus that travels around Singapore City. We stopped on Orchard road and went into a few of the many shopping malls on that street. By the end of it, we were all tired and hot and decided to go back to our hotel. On the way, we stopped at a vegetarian Indian restaurant called Nalan. I had a Masala Dosa which was very nice. After our lunch we checked into our room and rested for a bit. In the evening, we walked to Marina Bay Sands, a resort with flash apartments, a shopping mall, a casino and an art and science museum. We had dinner at the food court, then walked back to our hotel. I think Singapore is very beautiful, and I really enjoyed our stay here - Alisha.
